工作服定做时一般会让公司同事上门量体。也有特殊情况，比如有的客户出差了不在常在地点的，就会问怎么自己量尺寸。今天就给大家两个方法测量尺寸。

　　测量方法一：将皮尺环绕于胸部包含手臂部分，取高点，与地面保持水平。如果这一尺寸大于或等于胸围的7英寸（约18厘米），可选择比原定尺寸大一号尺寸，以免肩部过小产生不舒适感。受试者两腿分开与肩同宽，自然站立，两肩放松。测试人员站在受试者背面，先用两食指沿肩胛冈向外摸到肩峰外侧缘中点即肩峰点，再用测径器测量两肩峰点间的距离读数。测量误差不得超过0.5厘米。

　　测量方法二：上衣：平铺在床上，主要量胸围，肩宽，腰围。胸围是量衣服两侧腋下距离乘以二。肩宽是两侧肩膀距离。腰围是大致腰部两侧距离乘以二。下装，平铺，量腰围和臀围。腰围，腰部两侧距离乘以二臀围，宽的地方两侧距离乘以二。
